Printing material: Nylon thick plate pulp printing has a three-dimensional effect, good operation, good washing fastness, strong adhesion, and good antifreeze effect. Suitable for thick plate color printing on hand-knitted fabrics. And good fastness, soft touch, non-sticky. Handprinting and machine printing do not block the plate.

How to use nylon thick plate pulp:

1. Use hard objects to raise the four corners of the screen

2. The distance between the screen and the table is about 1~1.5 mm.

3. The screen uses 80-100 mesh thick plates, uses a silk screen hard square knife to scrape at 75 degrees, and uses transparent pulp to prime 2-3 times.

4. After printing, it can withstand 60 degrees high temperature washing for 2 hours after natural drying for 48 hours.

Thick plate pulp printing process:

1. Material → printing → drying → heat treatment at 130-150 degrees for 1-2 minutes

2. Add 2-5% of color fixing agent, print three times, and press to get the printing effect.

3. Thick plate printing should be printed once each time, the dryer should be fully dried, and the thick plate effect can be obtained after printing more than twice.

4. Special polymers containing modified acrylic acid can self-catalyze during drying and processing. It can achieve the ideal fastness, elasticity and anti-sticking effect when placed at room temperature for a period of time.

5. When printing on special knitted fabrics, please confirm the test plate first.

6. Storage conditions: Sealed containers that are easy to store should be avoided at low temperatures below 0℃ and above 40℃. Please use within 12 months. Scope of application: Suitable for fabrics such as cotton, knitted fabrics, polyester, etc.
