1. Slurry foaming:

The slurry sizing process and the high-speed movement of the yarn cause foaming;

2. Foaming during pretreatment:

During the pretreatment process, the addition of pretreatment auxiliaries such as refining agents and penetrants causes foaming;

3. Dyeing foaming:

Some foaming problems will also occur during medium-temperature dyeing and high-temperature dyeing;

4. Printing foaming:

The slurry mixing process and the color paste foaming during the printing process;

5. Finishing foaming:

Foaming problems will occur during the film production and dilution process.

There are three commonly used defoamers in the foaming process: defoamers for textile pretreatment, textile dyeing defoamers, and textile printing defoamers.

Textile pretreatment defoamer: can be added during fabric desizing, scouring, bleaching, and washing to improve the pretreatment effect;

Textile dyeing defoamer: can be added during textile dyeing processing to eliminate foam in time to avoid the formation of spots, spots, and uneven colors on the fabric, which will affect product quality;

Textile printing defoamer: can be added during textile printing to avoid the presence of foam, causing white spots, spots, or making the fabric pattern color uneven and blurred. Adding textile printing defoamer is an important step to ensure product quality.
